Deposits


I do require a 25% deposit at the time of finalizing your session! This deposit goes towards your total, and the remainder of the amount would be due on the day of your session. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. A contract will be signed with more details upon booking as well.

Cancellation


Life happens -- so I understand if something comes up and you need to cancel/we need to reschedule. However, the deposit will remain NON-REFUNDABLE, and can be saved for up to two future sessions. As mentioned earlier, rescheduling would also be an option!

Late Policy


Things happen, and I completely understand running late. However, due to me being on a schedule, I allow a 15-minute grace period. Once 15 minutes have passed the scheduled session time, the session will be canceled.
